Terms & Conditions:

  1. Entry is open to direct recipients of the posted mail piece from the promoter, who complete the online survey.
  2. Entry is also valid to those who have received the mail piece from within the same organization.
  3. By completing the survey, recipients allow he promoter to make further contact by phone or email for a follow up of their questionnaire answers.
  4. Promotion commences from 7/11/2008 and ends on 08/12/2008.
  5. Last entry must be received by 11.59pm Sydney time by end date of promotion.
  6. The prize is an NEC 50-inch high definition plasma, model PXT-50XD3 valued at $2,199.
  7. Should the prize be unavailable, subject to regulatory authority approval, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
  8. Prize will be drawn on 10/12/2008 at Level 2, 244 Beecroft Road, Epping NSW 2121 at 3pm Sydney time.
  9. The winner will be notified via email and their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on 12/12/2008.
  10. The prize is not transferable for cash or credit or any other item.
  11. A redraw for unclaimed prizes at least 3 months after the date of the initial draw will take place at Level 2, 244 Beecroft Road, Epping NSW 2121 on 13 March 2009 at 3pm Sydney time.
